Interactive Media Designer

We need a self-motivated individual who is able to dream up and execute creative concepts for websites, games et al. It'll be best if you are able to commence immediately.

THE CHALLENGE!
What you'll be doing:

• Meeting up with the big bad clients, as they shout their ridiculous demands in your ear. Don’t worry, we'll be right behind you…
• Get pressured to come up with genius ideas and designs for websites, games and stuff. We needed it yesterday.
• Be part of our team as we turn those ideas into reality, and hope they don't get shredded by clients with ahem, "creative differences".
• Training hard to get 100% on Through the Fire and the Flames on Guitar Hero 3.

WE WANT THIS STUFF!
What you need to bring with you:

• Either: a) 2 years of commercial web / interactive media design experience, or
  b) a kick-ass portfolio that will knock our socks off
• A personal drive to learn independently and constantly upgrade your mad skillz
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g. Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, etc.)
• Some familiarity with CSS, information architecture and Flash. Actionscript 2.0++ is a bonus!
• Basic understanding of web standards, XHTML, search engine optimisation, usability and accessibility
• Keen interest in online marketing and media
• Oh, and you have to a Singaporean or Singapore PR :( sorry to our international candidates - we're still working out a way to bring you guys in...

PROVE THYSELF WORTHY!
Attributes that would earn you brownie points with us:

• You know what the Holy Grail layout is. Without using Google.
• You can hand-code the Holy Grail layout. In XHTML. From scratch.
• You have mastered the Earthquake in Wii Bowling.
• You constantly ask yourself questions like, "Why did Micheal Bay add flames? (cries in corner over raped childhood)"
• You know the Ultimate Question to "42". Well, if you know this, you're hired immediately.

Web Programmer

We need someone who can develop eCommerce software, Content Management Systems, and has the passion to create crazy new software the world has never seen before. You will also be called upon to integrate and modify off-the-shelf and open-source software.

You will be working independently, with minimal supervision, so pro-activeness and an eye for detail is a must.

We prefer a developer who has at least 2 years of experience developing web applications, but if you have the passion and a kickass portfolio, that just might convince us!
